Podająca się za tak zwanego sędziego Gabriele Kucsko-Stadlmayer jednoosobowo za Europejski Trybunał Praw Człowieka w Strasburgu seryjnie uznaje skargi wniesione przeze mnie za niedopuszczalne. Tym samym b. od lat z sobie tylko wiadomych powodów dopuszcza się łamania praw człowieka na moją szkodę. Dzieję się to w sytuacji skrajnego zagrożenia systemu prawnego w Polsce.

Trudno wykluczyć odpowiedzialność tzw. polskich sprawozdawców, którzy działają pod kierunkiem Przewodniczącego Trybunału i wchodzą w skład Kancelarii Trybunału (art. 24 ust. 2 Konwencji). Głośna jest sprawa Leszka G. podającego się za sędziego Europejskiego Trybunału Praw Człowieka w Strasburgu sekretarza Polskiej Zjednoczonej Partii Robotniczej i kontaktu operacyjnego Służby Bezpieczeństwa. Thus, it is u. for years for reasons that are only known to me to violate human rights to my detriment. Gabriele Kucsko-Stadlmayer did not recognize all alleged violations of the European Convention on Human Rights.

This happens when the legal system in Poland is extremely threatened.

Dies geschieht, wenn das Rechtssystem in Polen extrem bedroht ist.

Es ist schwierig, eine Haftung auszuschließen Polnische Berichterstatter, die unter der Leitung des Präsidenten des Gerichtshofs handeln und Mitglieder der Kanzlei des Gerichtshofs sind (Artikel 24 Absatz 2 der Konvention).
