How the British Premier Inn hotel chain treats requests from Europe (1)

 

The British hotel chain Premier Inn employs the well-known debtor Bianka G. Debtor Bianka G. is avoiding the payment of a debt of 1,000 GBP. Court enforcement has been going on for several years, unfortunately it is ineffective. As a result of the execution, the debtor Bianka G. was, inter alia, compulsorily brought from Ipswich to a court in Warsaw by the police. However, Bianka G., for reasons known to herself, decided not to pay off the debt and despite the fact that she had sold the property worth 112,600 GBP she did not settle the debt.
The British hotel chain, Premier Inn, was asked to allow contact the debtor, Bianka G., wrote back:

Thank you for getting in touch.

I regret to advise that this is not something we would mediate. As you can surely appreciate we cannot provide personal details about our team members or guests in accordance with the new GDPR. We have nothing more to add on the subject.
