Court enforcement has been going on for several years, unfortunately it is ineffective. As a result of the execution, the debtor Bianka G. was, inter alia, compulsorily brought from Ipswich to a court in Warsaw by the police. However, Bianka G., for reasons known to herself, decided not to pay off the debt and despite the fact that she had sold the property worth 112,600 GBP she did not settle the debt. By a strange coincidence, debtor Bianka G. after publishing the post (https://zwokandy.blogspot.com/2020/10/how-british-premier-inn-hotel-chain.html) and informing British Premier Inn hotel chain about it repaid 100 GBP of its debt and broke contact again.
