W związku z czynami, których dopuszczono się na szkodę wolnych, niezależnych mediów żądam wyłączenia ww. z tzw. postępowania administracyjnego (P-2/391, UM03-6935-UM0312368/19, RR-I.052.1.455.2019.RSE), którego dotyczą posty.

Od 22 maja 2020 roku nie interweniuje Europejski Fundusz Gwarancji Rolnych administrowany przez Dyrekcję Generalną ds. Rolnictwa i Rozwoju Obszarów Wiejskich Komisji Europejskiej Dyrekcja D. Wsparcie bezpośrednie D.1. Płatności bezpośrednie Marie BOURJOU (AGRI.DDG2.D.1) i unijny komisarz do spraw rolnictwa Janusz Wojciechowski (PiS) w sytuacji gdy w stanie epidemii, celem odrzucenia wniosku o dofinansowanie z funduszy Unii Europejskiej innowacyjnego projektu medialnego (niezależne media) mającego istotny wpływ na rozwój społeczeństwa obywatelskiego i cyfrowego złożonego przez osobę defaworyzowaną, długotrwale bezrobotną, prowadzącą od 6 lat poczytne blogi (m.in. „O prawdę i sprawiedliwość”, „Włodawskie Kurioza”) w interesie part. zorg. g. p. PiS i PSL zawiadomili o pozostawieniu wniosku bez rozpatrzenia. Zawiadomienie z 3 lipca 2020 roku (UM03-6935-UM0312368/19, RR-I.052.1.455.2019.RSE) zgodnie z „linią polityczną” PiS nakazującą przejęcie wszystkich mediów (w tym wypadku niedopuszczenie do powstania niezależnego medium) podpisał Adam Puchajda zastępca dyrektora Departamentu Rolnictwa i Rozwoju Obszarów Wiejskich (za rządów PiS). W zawiadomieniu Adam Puchajda twierdzi niezgodnie z prawdą “w związku z nieprzedstawieniem dowodów na spełnienie warunków przyznania pomocy w wymaganym terminie wyznaczonym w wezwaniu do przedstawienia tych dowodów z dnia 27.03.2020 r. uprzejmie informuję, że Pana wniosek o przyznanie pomocy [...] pozostawia się bez rozpatrzenia”. Dowody na spełnienie warunków przyznania pomocy zostały przedstawione w wyznaczonym terminie. Wniosek nie otrzymał dofinansowania z EU w kwocie 80 000,00 złotych w sytuacji gdy stojący na czele part. zorganizowanej grupy p. czyli tzw. UMWL podający się za tzw. marszałka Jarosław Stawiarski (PiS) przyznał swoim podwładnym nagrody w wysokości 6,5 miliona złotych. Poinformował o tym w trakcie „kampanii wyborczej” na prezydenta. Ewa Szałachwiej (PiS) otrzymała dwadzieścia kilka tysięcy złotych. Cztery miliony złotych to środki z EU (!). Jarosław Stawiarski (PiS) przypomniał, że jego poprzednik stojący na czele part. zorganizowanej grupy p. czyli tzw. UMWL podający się za tzw. marszałka Sławomir Sosnowski (PSL), mentor Andrzeja R. (PSL) rządzącego we włodawskim PSL i starostwie (czytaj np. cykl: Andrzej R. (PSL) - najgorszy s. w historii powiatu włodawskiego [https://wlodawskie-kurioza.blogspot.com/2020/04/andrzej-r-psl-najgorszy-s-w-historii.html]), wypłacił jeszcze wyższe nagrody i dodatki swoim podwładnym na łączną kwotę 6,8 miliona złotych, z tego 4,4 miliona złotych pochodziło ze środków EU (!). Dzieje się to wszystko w sytuacji kiedy wielokrotnie ponawiany był wniosek o wyłączenie z tzw. postępowania administracyjnego wyżej wymienionych.

PiS and PSL, which include, among others Robert Sieńczak (associated with the "Słoneczny Pokój" foundation; https://zwokandy.blogspot.com/2020/04/robert-sienczak-zwiazany-z-fundacja.html) and Zbigniew Januszek (PSL; https://zwokandy.blogspot.com/2019/09/zbigniew-januszek-psl-i-ewa-szaachwiej.html) and Agnieszka Łączkowska-Maruniak claiming to be the editor of the so-called of the public information bulletin and Daniel Rybaczuk (husband of the Chełm councilor Doroty Rybaczuk [PiS]) deputy director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and Adam Puchajda deputy director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (during the rule of PiS) and Ewa Szałachwiej (PiS; https://zwokandy.blogspot.com/2019/08/dyrektordepartamentu-rolnictwa-i_30.html) from authorization of the board of the Lubelskie Voivodeship [marshal Jarosław Stawiarski (PiS), deputy marshal Zbigniew Wojciechowski (PiS), deputy marshal Michał Mulawa (PiS)] as well as Marcin Konrad Skórski, who during the PiS rule took the position of acting director of the Department of Delegated Activities of ARiMR [supervised by Tomasz Kuśnierek ("Porozumienie" Jarosława Gowina) acting as deputy president of ARiMR], Michał Jan Pruś (PiS) former director of DDD ARiMR, Ewa Kluś (PO) former deputy director of DDD ARiMR, Szymon Lewczuk acting as deputy director of DKW ARiMR, I went on a full day starvation diet today. The activities of the part. org. c. g. PiS and PSL are described in posts, e.g .:

In connection with acts that have been committed to the detriment of free, independent media, I request the exclusion of the above from the so-called administrative proceedings (P-2/391, UM03-6935-UM0312368/19, RR-I.052.1.455.2019.RSE) to which the posts relate.

From May 22, 2020, the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund administered by European Commission Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development Directorate D. Direct support D.1. Direct payments Marie BOURJOU (AGRI.DDG2.D.1) and EU Commissioner for Agriculture Janusz Wojciechowski (PiS) when in an epidemic state, in order to reject the application for funding from the European Union funds an innovative media project (independent media) having a significant impact on the development of civil and digital society submitted by a disadvantaged, long-term unemployed person who has been running popular blogs for six years (including „O prawdę i sprawiedliwość”, „Włodawskie Kurioza”) in the interest of the part. org. c. g. PiS and PSL informed that the application was left without consideration. The notification of July 3, 2020 (UM03-6935-UM0312368/19, RR-I.052.1.455.2019.RSE) according to the PiS "political line" ordering the takeover of all media (in this case, preventing the creation of an independent medium) was signed by Adam Puchada, deputy director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (under the PiS government). In the notification, Adam Puchada claims untruthfully "in connection with the failure to provide evidence that the conditions for granting aid have been met within the required deadline specified in the request to present this evidence of March 27, 2020, I kindly inform you that your application for aid [...] is left without consideration". Evidence that the conditions for granting the aid were met was submitted within the time limits set. The application has not received funding from the EU in the amount of PLN 80,000.00 if standing at the head of a part. organized c. group, i.e. UMWL claiming to be so-called marshal Jarosław Stawiarski (PiS) awarded his subordinates prizes in the amount of 6.5 million zlotys. He announced this during the "presidential election campaign". Ewa Szałachwiej (PiS) received over twenty thousand zlotys. Four million zlotys are EU funds (!). Jarosław Stawiarski (PiS) reminded that his predecessor at the head of a part. organized c. group, i.e. UMWL claiming to be so-called marshal Sławomir Sosnowski (PSL), mentor Andrzej R. (PSL) ruling in Włodawa PSL and starosty (read e.g. the cycle: Andrzej R. (PSL) - the worst s. in the history of Włodawa poviat [https://wlodawskie-kurioza.blogspot.com/2020/04/andrzej-r-psl-najgorszy-s-w-historii.html]), paid even higher prizes and allowances to his subordinates for a total amount of 6.8 million zlotys, of which 4.4 million zlotys came from funds EU (!). All this happens when the application for exclusion from the so-called the above-mentioned administrative proceedings.
